1. About these terms
These terms of use explain the rules for using crown-eor.com (the "site"). By using the site, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
The site is operated by Crown EOR Services Limited ("Crown EOR", "we", "us", "our"), a private limited company registered in England and Wales under company number 17094930, with its registered office at 17 Woodstock Street, London, Mayfair, W1C 2AJ, United Kingdom. You can contact us at info@crown-eor.com.
2. These terms are not a services agreement
The site describes our services in general terms. It does not create any contract for the supply of services, and nothing on it is an offer capable of acceptance.
Any engagement of Crown EOR is governed by a separate written agreement between us. If there is any conflict between these terms and that agreement, the agreement takes priority.
3. Changes
We may change these terms at any time by amending this page. We may also change, suspend or withdraw all or part of the site without notice. The site is provided free of charge, and we do not guarantee that it, or any content on it, will always be available or uninterrupted.
4. Information on the site is general only
Content on the site is provided for general information. It is not legal, tax, employment, immigration, financial or other professional advice, and it should not be relied on as such. You should take appropriate professional advice before acting, or deciding not to act, on anything you read here.
Any figures, fee levels, models or worked examples shown on the site are illustrative and indicative only. They do not constitute a quotation and are subject to change.
While we make reasonable efforts to keep the site up to date, we make no representation or warranty that its content is accurate, complete or current.
5. Acceptable use
You may use the site for lawful purposes only. You must not:
- use the site in any way that breaches applicable law or regulation;
- use it for any fraudulent or unlawful purpose, or with any unlawful effect;

- systematically extract, scrape or reuse content from the site without our written permission.
We may suspend or withdraw your access to the site if you breach these terms, and we will report any serious breach to the relevant authorities.
6. Intellectual property
We own or are licensed to use all intellectual property rights in the site and its content, including text, graphics, layout, design and logos. These are protected by law. You may print or download extracts for your own internal reference, but you must not use any part of the site's content for commercial purposes, or modify it, without our written permission.
7. Links to other sites
Where the site links to third-party websites or resources, those links are provided for information only. We have no control over the content of those sites and accept no responsibility for them or for any loss arising from your use of them.
8. Our liability
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
Subject to that, and to the extent permitted by law:
- we exclude all conditions, warranties and other terms that might otherwise be implied into these terms; and
- we will not be liable to you for any loss or damage, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty or otherwise, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the site, or your reliance on any content on it. This includes loss of profits, sales, business, revenue, business opportunity, goodwill or anticipated savings, and any indirect or consequential loss.
These exclusions do not apply to consumers using the site for private purposes, who retain their statutory rights.
